Mark Doll will tell you that he believes "communication is key" to any successful project. And he credits his time spent as a District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America, following his UNC-Wilmington graduation, for teaching him the "people" and "time management" skills necessary to move multiple projects forward successfully.

It is 25 years of building experience that provides Mark with his construction expertise. From framing, siding and roofing to the smallest details, Mark has performed nearly every task himself.  To this day, he is willing to help with whatever needs to be done to move a job forward. And his quality subcontractors understand that Mark knows what is involved.

A fully insured and licensed North Carolina General Contractor, Mark has managed the construction of over 200 homes around the state.

Established in 1993, Mark Doll Construction is a division of Doll Enterprises, Inc. The company offers a full variety of construction options including custom home building and residential construction, home and office remodeling, room additions, metal roofing installation, patio and terrace installation, handyman services and more. The new "Foreclosure Facelifts" service has been especially developed for Realtors, banks, property management companies, individuals and other Real Estate property owners who need to sell property quickly.

Living by the philosophy of "what you believe, directs what you do," Mark is active with the Mooresville Soup Kitchen, Habitat for Humanity, Dove House and other non-profit organizations.  He has led and participated in building expeditions to Mexico and three Hurricane Katrina disaster relief trips to Biloxi, Mississippi.
